The ideal candidate will engage with corporate clients and businesses introducing them to top-tier sleep solutions that align with their operational and customer comfort needs. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, persuasive communicator with strong consultative selling skills and capable of understanding customer needs, fostering long-term client relationships and driving revenue.

Responsibilities
Product Knowledge.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of mattress types, materials, technologies, and benefits.
- Clearly explain the features, durability, and benefits of the mattresses to help clients make informed decisions.
- Educate clients on different mattress technologies, features, and benefits relevant to their industry.
B2B Sales Quotation & Pricing
- Prepare accurate, clear, and transparent price quotations for clients, including all applicable discounts or promotional offers.
- Ensure all pricing communications align with current promotional campaigns and company policies.
- Ensure pricing strategies are competitive and aligned with corporate partnership terms and long-term volume commitments.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Deliver a seamless customer experience, from initial inquiry to post-sale support.
- Maintain strong relationships through consistent follow-up, feedback collection, repeat order management and resolution of any customer concerns.
- Share customer insights with the management team to inform product selection, display improvements, and service enhancements.
Sales Performance & Revenue Growth
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets through active selling, effective communication, and solution-based recommendations.
- Maximize every sales opportunity by cross-selling related products to increase average order value.
Market Awareness & Competitive Insight
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging mattress innovations, and competitor offerings.
- Provide management with reports that help refine product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional planning.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong B2B sales acumen with excellent pitching and negotiation skills.
- Ability to consult and influence decision-makers across corporate environments.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and client relationship management abilities.
- Strategic mindset with a drive to exceed sales goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth understanding of the product and customer education techniques.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or a related.
- Relevant minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, preferably within the furniture or mattress industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets and a high conversion rate.
