The Role
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively sell and promote the company’s products and services to existing and prospective clients across various sectors.
- Consistently work towards meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets and performance goals by identifying new opportunities, upselling to existing clients, and closing deals efficiently.
- Gather and report relevant market intelligence including competitor activities, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients in line with company credit policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities and account history to support continuity and relationship management.
- Provide regular feedback and comprehensive reports on sales performance, customer feedback and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in any business-related field.
- Minimum of 3 years proven track record of success in business development or B2B sales role.
- Disciplined, self-driven and goal oriented.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about sales.
- Persuasive and objective in their engagement.
- Ability to learn and grasp technical matters.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers.
- Knowledge of relevant industry trends and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Experience in garments and PPE sales is an added advantage.
- Clean driving license.
