Job Description/Requirements
- You will assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs, provide detailed product knowledge, and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Your role will involve building strong relationships with customers, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the showroom’s visual and product displays to ensure an attractive and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and providing personalized product recommendations.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of JADIN PROTEK’s sanitary products, including features, benefits, and uses.
- Achieve sales targets by driving customer sales, promoting new products, and upselling when appropriate.
- Maintain showroom displays, ensuring products are properly stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Process transactions, handle cash and payment systems efficiently, and manage customer inquiries regarding billing, delivery, and product availability.
- Provide after-sales support, addressing any customer concerns or product inquiries.
- Collaborate with the showroom team to maintain a positive work environment and contribute to overall sales goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to offer the best advice to customers.
