Job Function:
As the Animal health Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in the sales of our portfolio to Agrovets, veterinary clinics, and other Animal Health institutions.

Key Accountabilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Veterinary surgeons, veterinary paraprofessionals and all other stakeholders in the Animal Health industry, to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Implementation of marketing strategies to enable organization to meet its sales objectives.
- Negotiating and closing sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities through an understanding of the veterinary pharmaceutical industry, market trends, and customer needs.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and new market entrants and giving data on competition activities.
- Preparing and submitting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to the sales manager.
- Credit control management of all assigned accounts.
Qualifications:
- Holder of Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine Degree BVM.
- Should be in good standing with Kenya veterinary Board.
Skills and Experience:
- 3 years’ experience in handling, marketing and selling animal health products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Basic financial literacy.
- An understanding of basic IT skills including internet and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
