Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities with major retail stores
- Send outreach emails and make phone calls to potential retail partners
- Arrange and conduct sales presentations to secure contracts
- Manage communication with journalists for press releases
- Follow up on sales leads and maintain relationship pipelines
- Generate sales reports and track performance metrics
- Eventually manage and train additional sales team members
- Coordinate with internal teams on contract fulfillment
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience with demonstrated results and numbers
- Experience in retail sales or B2B sales preferred
- Background in women’s or baby industry products preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Leadership potential for future team management
- Ability to work independently and drive results
- Experience with press relations or media communications preferred
