General Purpose

Our client, in confectionary and food products manufacturing seeks to recruit talented and hardworking Sales Promoter (Female) who will be responsible for attracting new customers and improving profits, assisting with product launches and events, improving knowledge of the product range, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns.

Salary: Ksh. 30,000 (Gross) + Applicable Commission

Locations:

Nairobi – 3 positions
Busia – 1 position
Kitale & Eldoret – 1 position
Bugoma & Kisii – 1 position

Responsibilities

• Listening to what customers want and helping them find the perfect product for their needs.
• Constantly building product knowledge and delivering this knowledge in engaging ways.
• Setting up attractive product displays and promotional booths.
• Delivering presentations and demonstrations to customers and other stakeholders.
• Engaging in meaningful interactions and building good relationships with customers.
• Distributing samples and providing feedback for improvement to the management team.
• Following up with customers and guiding product selection.
• Meeting daily targets and submitting sales reports.
• Networking with relevant stakeholders.
• Searching for new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years progressive experience in sales promotion or related work.
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.
• Strong listening, communication, presentation, and social skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines.
