Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, and end consumers.
- Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities within assigned regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and report customer feedback.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in retail outlets.
- Follow up on deliveries, stock levels, and timely payments from clients.
- Participate in promotions, activations, and product sampling when required.
- Submit accurate daily and weekly sales reports.
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills. negotiation, and
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and target- driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned territory.
- Good knowledge of the local market and customer base.
- Valid driver’s license or motorcycle license (if applicable).
