We are looking for motivated and results,driven Sales Officers to drive sales growth for products from a brewing company. The role focuses on developing new markets, managing distributor and client relationships, and increasing product penetration in both local and export markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in local and export markets
- Promote brewery products to distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts
- Manage and grow existing customer and distributor relationships
- Execute sales strategies to increase market share and brand presence
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales documentation
- Negotiate pricing, volumes, and delivery terms
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG, beverages, brewing, or manufacturing
- Experience working with distributors and route-to-market structures
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Understanding of export sales processes and documentation (for export role)
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused
