Responsibilities

• Drive sales of solar equipment (hybrid inverters, lithium-ion batteries, PV modules) to commercial, industrial, and residential customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
• Support marketing campaigns (digital and field-based) and promote product awareness across target regions.
• Follow up on leads from events, walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction through effective communication and support.
• Help manage the CRM system and prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, and market insights.
• Represent Keru Solar at expos, product launches, and industry forums.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Commerce, Sales, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in sales or marketing — experience with solar products is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of lithium-ion batteries, PV systems, and hybrid inverters is a strong advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, confident, and able to meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in digital tools, social media marketing, and basic CRM platforms.
