Sportsview Hotel, Kasarani is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead revenue growth, strengthen brand visibility, and drive market positioning across accommodation, conferencing & events, dining, weddings, health club services, and outdoor catering.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy, events, and overall revenue.
- Manage digital marketing, social media, OTAs, and online reputation.
- Build and maintain strong corporate, agency, and event client relationships.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales and marketing team.
- Oversee departmental budgets and revenue optimization initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong digital marketing, sales leadership, and revenue management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
