Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media and email marketing campaigns to promote company services.
• Create and promote engaging, relevant content to attract and convert target customers.
• Manage online communications by responding to social media inquiries and nurturing sales leads.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
• Prepare compelling marketing materials including brochures, proposals, and promotional content.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
• Track and report on marketing performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
• Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in Digital Marketing, with specialization in Social Media Marketing.
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in Construction or Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing platforms, etc.) is preferred.
