We’re a fast-growing staffing company helping U.S. law firms grow with exceptional offshore legal talent—and we’re scaling fast. Whether it’s for our own team or one of our law firm clients, we know sales is the heartbeat of growth. That’s where you come in.

We’re hiring two SDRs to fuel our outbound efforts. One will join our internal team. The other will support a client. Both will focus on what matters most: cold outreach, qualified conversations, and booked meetings that lead to real pipeline.

This role is for hunters. You’ll work American business hours, hit the phones, fire off smart emails, and test creative approaches to break through the noise.

What You’ll Do

  • Run outbound prospecting: cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach
  • Build targeted lead lists and prioritize the right accounts
  • Set qualified meetings for Account Executives or firm owners
  • Track and manage activity using a CRM
  • Experiment, iterate, and improve your outreach strategy
  • Collaborate closely with leadership (internal or client) on feedback and results

Requirements

  • 1+ year of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience (cold calling required)
  • Strong English communication skills—both spoken and written
  • Comfortable with outbound tech tools (CRM, dialer, email outreach platforms, etc.)
  • Able to work full-time during U.S. business hours
