Sales & Occupancy Growth

  • Convert incoming leads into signed co-working and private office contracts 
  • Drive occupancy of private offices (target: at least 4 additional offices leased by the end Qof 2).
  • Achieve co-working desk occupancy of at least 60% within the contract duration.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and follow up consistently.

Event & Meeting Room Bookings

  • Increase external bookings for meeting rooms and event spaces.
  • Develop and promote tailored packages for corporates, NGOs, and CBOs to use WSHM facilities for meetings, trainings, and events.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure high-quality client experience for all bookings.

Partnership Development

  • Develop and initiate a partnership framework with corporates, other entrepreneurial support organizations, NGOs, and CBOs.
  • Co-create and co-implement events with key partners that drive visibility and foot traffic to the hub.
  • Position the hub as a key ecosystem player in Mombasa by actively representing WSHM at relevant events and forums.

Reporting & Accountability

  • Provide weekly progress updates to the Country Director.
  • Track, analyze, and report KPIs (leads, conversions, occupancy rates, revenue growth, partnerships signed).
  • Recommend adjustments to strategies to meet targets and improve performance.

We are looking for candidates with the following profile:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven sales and business development experience, preferably in co-working, real estate, hospitality, or B2B services.
  • Strong digital marketing and campaign execution skills (social media, email, basic online ads).
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite) is an advantage.
  • Experience using CRM systems and project management tools (e.g. Nexudus, Asana, HubSpot, Trello).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Experience working with corporates, NGOs, and community-based organizations.
  • Familiarity with the Mombasa entrepreneurship and business ecosystem is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in English and Swahili (spoken and written).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and take initiative.
