Overview of Position

As a Sales Associate you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and closing deals. This role requires a deep understanding of the company’s products or services, the ability to communicate value propositions effectively, and a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria to identify potential customers with a genuine need for Kinetic Technology Ltd. services.
  • Research and understand potential clients’ businesses, industries, and pain points.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.Handle the sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal, including proposal development, negotiation, and contract signing.
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities and track progress in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts to management.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the cloud computing space.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 2-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of technology products/services and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
