Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Kitengela. The Sales Associate will be responsible for developing client relationships, promoting financial products and services, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying potential clients, presenting FCL’s finance solutions, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Associate will also be involved in preparing sales reports and assisting in the implementation of sales strategies.

Qualifications
- Customer Service, Client Relationship Management, and Strong Communication Skills
- Sales and Marketing, Business Development, and Negotiation Skills
- Market Research, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning Skills
- Financial Products Knowledge, Trade Finance Instrument Experience, and Basic Accounting Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the financial sector is a plus
