Our client is a well-established real estate development company renowned for delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. With a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and modern design.

They are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving property sales, building lasting client relationships, and representing the company’s brand with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the real estate market.
• Promote and sell the company’s residential and/or commercial properties to prospective buyers.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and competitor activity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information on properties.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and relevant documentation.
• Represent the company at property exhibitions, networking events, and open houses.
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and product improvements.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales (real estate experience preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to sell.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Good understanding of the Kenyan property and real estate market.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an added advantage.
