Our client is a rapidly growing business in the self-storage industry, providing secure and flexible storage solutions to individuals and companies. As they expand their operations, they are seeking to recruit two highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agents to drive customer acquisition and support business growth.
The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating new business, converting leads into customers, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and are eager to contribute to the success of a relatively new service in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms, and outbound efforts
- Educate prospective clients on storage solutions and match them to appropriate services
- Convert leads into customers and meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain an up-to-date customer database and sales pipeline
- Provide timely follow-ups and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Deliver exceptional customer service to support retention and referrals
- Provide regular feedback on market trends and customer preferences to the management team
Requirements
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools is an added advantage
