Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, or chats related to customer reservations and sales.
• Convert customer inquiries into successful sales through persuasive communication.
• Accurately enter customer and booking data into CRM systems.
• Provide detailed information on products/services, pricing, and promotions.
• Resolve customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs.
• Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in reservations, sales, or customer service roles.
• Proven ability to close sales and handle objections professionally.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other reservation or sales platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work night shifts and handle high-pressure situations.
