The Sales Admin Associate at Peach will be responsible for ensuring smooth, timely, and professional execution of all post-sale processes for both buyers and sellers. This role involves managing critical administrative steps-including documentation, payments, ownership transfers, and vehicle handovers—while maintaining clear and proactive communication with customers throughout.
The associate will work cross-functionally with teams like Sales, Fleet, and Finance to coordinate logistics, track transaction progress, and resolve any operational or customer-related issues. They’ll also monitor documentation accura-cy, support insurance transitions, and oversee compliance with NTSA require-ments. By delivering a seamless backend experience, the Sales Admin Associate plays a key role in building customer trust and supporting Peach’s ability to scale efficiently across Kenya’s used car market.

Responsibilities
Transaction Management
- Oversee end-to-end post-sale processes for buyers and sellers Coordinate documentation, payments, and ownership transfers
- Ensure timely completion of all administrative steps
Customer Support
- Provide clear, proactive communication throughout the sales journey Set expectations on timelines and resolve admin-related issues Guide customers through insurance, Ecitizen, and logbook processes
Operations Coordination
- Work with Fleet, Sales, and Finance to align handovers and payments Conduct vehicle readiness checks and manage physical handovers Maintain organized, compliant records (both digital and physical)
Process Improvement
- Monitor transaction progress and flag delays or issues
- Support continuous improvement of internal workflows
- Contribute to a smooth, scalable customer experience across teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related field)
- 2+ years in sales operations, customer service, or admin support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience handling documentation and customer follow-ups
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Customer-first mindset with a process-driven approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Familiarity with E-Citizen/NTSA processes is a plus!
