About the Role:

This role focuses on selling software-as-a-service solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients. You will leverage your strong sales experience and technical understanding to drive revenue growth in a competitive SaaS environment.

Core Competencies:

  • Proven track record in SaaS sales and solution selling.
  • Strong understanding of software development, technical integration, and SaaS business models.
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Expertise in forecasting, pipeline development, and managing complex sales cycles.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or tech sectors.
  • Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, or Challenger Sale.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in mentoring sales teams and setting KPIs.
  • Relevant certifications in SaaS sales and technical products (e.g., AWS, Azure) are advantageous.
