Airtel Kenya wishes to recruit an experienced Revenue Assurance Expert to drive our revenue assurance and fraud management function in the role of Prepaid & Network Assurance Analyst. The successful candidate will have a strong background in identifying revenue leakages, performing fraud investigations, and leading data analytics to protect and optimize telecom revenues
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end data reconciliations to identify revenue leakages and ensure accurate billing.
- Develop and implement fraud detection and prevention controls to minimize revenue loss.
- Data analytics and automation of reports to provide actionable insights.
- Investigate and resolve revenue leakage and fraud cases.
Qualifications
- Degree in IT, Computer Science or related fields
- Good experience and exposure in Big data analytics and requisite tools such as SQL, Power BI, Python
- Strong background in Revenue Assurance, Fraud Risk, and Network & Roaming operations.
- Experience in identifying revenue leakages and performing fraud investigations.
- Expertise in data analytics and automation of reports.
- Telecom industry experience.
- Experience with data analytics tools and technologies.
