Regional Head of Sales (Export & BD) Job

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field
  • MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of senior experience in export sales, international BD, or regional sales leadership
  • Experience in paints, coatings, construction materials, or manufacturing industries preferred
  • Proven track record in developing and managing international distributor networks
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and market expansion capabilities
  • Export Market Strategy: Develop and execute export strategies, identify high-growth markets, and analyze demand, competition, and regulatory requirements across target regions.
  • International Business Development: Identify and onboard distributors and partners, establish strong B2B relationships, and lead negotiations for distribution agreements and market entry.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive export sales growth across decorative, industrial, and automotive product lines while achieving revenue and profitability targets.
  • Distributor Network Management: Build and manage distributor networks, monitor performance, and provide commercial, product, and marketing support to drive growth.
  • Export Operations & Compliance: Oversee export logistics, documentation, and compliance with international trade regulations while ensuring smooth coordination with supply chain teams.
  • Brand Development in International Markets: Drive brand visibility through trade shows, partnerships, and localized marketing initiatives across export markets.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
