Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field
- 7–10 years in automotive/EV/mobility aftersales operations
- 3–5 years in supervisory or regional leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of service performance management and multi-site operations
