Reports to the Director of Admissions, the Recruitment and Enrolment officer will be responsible for directing a dual support model for families and academy staff by negotiating, maintaining, and strengthening relationships among internal and external stakeholders while driving attainment of enrolment goals via lead capture, qualifying families, promoting the benefits of our academy program, and supporting families throughout the enrolment process.

Recruitment and Family Engagement

  • Establish and nurture initial family relationships by providing information about academy programs, application procedures, and the enrolment process.
  • Secure enrolments through tailored promotion of our offerings, including Full-time and Part-time programs, Camps, Tournaments, Sponsorships, and Scholarships.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, families, and external partners (schools, federations, and community organizations).

Enrolment and Retention

  • Serve as the primary liaison between families and academy departments (Administration, Coaches, Teachers, Counsellors, Finance, and Marketing).
  • Ensure a seamless experience for families from inquiry through graduation, promoting transparency and trust.
  • Implement and monitor enrolment action plans that align with the academy’s strategic growth objectives.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual enrolment goals.

Operations and Continuous Improvement

  • Track, analyse, and report enrolment data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and reviews by recommending enrolment process improvements.
  • Coordinate with staff to maintain consistent quality and customer-service standards across all family interactions.
  • Review and audit enrolment processes regularly to identify efficiency opportunities and implement best practices.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with marketing, finance, and academic teams to ensure aligned messaging and delivery of the academy’s value proposition.
  • Provide feedback from families to support program development and institutional improvement.
  • Represent the academy professionally at events, school fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
  • In-depth understanding of administrative procedures and departmental and legal policies
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM Software
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A team player with leadership skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relative field
