This is a mission-critical role where your work directly impacts their ability to deliver packages during the busiest time of year.

Job Overview:

You’ll own the entire recruiting pipeline for delivery driver positions, managing high-volume candidate screening across seven regional contracts. This isn’t just another recruiting role – you’ll be the engine that keeps a fast-growing logistics operation staffed and running. You’ll work with established systems and processes while having the autonomy to manage your workflow and make a real impact on business operations during their peak season.

Responsibilities:

• Review and screen daily job applications from Indeed.com across 7 different regional contracts
• Make outbound calls to delivery driver candidates using provided scripts and qualification criteria
• Move candidates through structured hiring stages using a Kanban board system (calls, background checks, drug tests, offers)
• Screen candidates for relevant driving experience, warehouse background, and job fit
• Update candidate tracking system with detailed notes and status changes
• Maintain consistent daily call volume and activity levels in a remote work environment
• Communicate hiring progress and pipeline status to the management team
• Follow established qualification standards to identify best-fit candidates
• Manage urgent hiring needs during peak seasonal periods (Thanksgiving through Christmas)
