Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to source and attract caregiver talent
- Conduct phone interviews and schedule appointments
- Assist in hiring process coordination
- Participate in job fairs and recruiting events
- Maintain accurate candidate records
What We’re Looking For:
- Telemarketing or recruiting experience (healthcare a plus!)
- Strong communication and inside sales skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgments
- Familiarity with medical terminology and caregiving roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
