Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including assisting clients with property inquiries, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and closing sales transactions. The role involves providing excellent customer service, building client relationships, and staying informed about real estate market trends and listings. The salesperson will also coordinate with legal teams to ensure the smooth transfer of titles and completion of sales agreements.
Qualifications
- Customer Service skills and proficiency in building client relationships
- Holding a valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Property laws
- Experience in Real Estate and Sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the Nairobi real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is preferred
