Duties and Responsibilities
- Checking proposals quoted by the sales team in the system
- Ensure that all prices in the system are accurate according to the suppliers accommodations, activities, park fees, jeep prices, flights, and supplements
- Act as an information center for the sales team
- Keep track of unpaid confirmed bookings
- Creating and amending itineraries
- Adding supplements, surcharges or discounts where needed
- Ensure the room configuration and pricing are correctly updated in the system
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a quotations officer/accountant in the hotel/ tourism industry is a must
- Knowledge in accounts will be an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma – Tours and Travel management
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Ensure accuracy of data
- Great communication skills
- Book-keeping skills
- Payment collection skills
