Quality Manager Job
Boss Freight Terminal Limited specializes in efficient, reliable logistics and freight solutions, including container handling, reefer services, and RORO services.
We are currently looking for a results-driven and experienced professional to join our team as Quality Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of quality control and assurance processes across the group of companies, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to established quality and safety standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Study and document procedures to create Standard Operating Procedures for Business functions.
- Facilitate QMS audits and activities required by ISO standards.
- Lead customer surveys to get better customer perceptions of company services.
- Streamline and automate delivery and accuracy of daily, weekly, and monthly KPI of all departments within the group of companies.
- Carry out internal audits and actively participate in external audits.
- Improve service quality by devising new applications, updating procedures, and evaluating system results with user.
- Ensure compliance to Legal Regulatory and Statutory requirements.
- Creating feedback on consumer issues through the consumer response procedure.
- Carry out risk assessment analysis of the activities carried out and implement applicable control measures.
Requirements
- Degree in a science-related field.
- Certificate of Training on QMS and/or Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety system.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Leadership Skills.
- Customer Service Skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office Applications.
