Overview
- Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are.
- Update our Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes and improvements
- Determine quality metrics for all procedures
- Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential defects/malfunctions as early as possible
- Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes
- Prepare reports on defects/malfunctions and corrective actions
- Review current blueprints and quality documentation
- Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products.
- Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
- Completes repair and service records as well as any other appropriate activities as specified by the Aftersales Manager.
- Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
- Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
- Develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of complaints
- Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development.
- Assist the production supervisor in planning appropriately & train any new sub-ordinates if given to you.
- Provide in process training and support to quality assurance team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes
