Quality Control & Assurance Specialist – FMCG Job
Job Overview:
We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional with strong experience in quality assurance, particularly in the manufacturing Industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct quality checks for incoming raw materials and outgoing products
- Perform daily sensory evaluations and ensure hygiene standards are met
- Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and oversee production batch processes
- Train staff to uphold quality standards across departments
- Investigate and resolve product defects, support process improvements
- Ensure documentation, traceability, and compliance with food safety systems
- Prepare and present QC reports and KPIs to management regularly
- Collaborate across departments to drive operational efficiency and product excellence
- Maintain and calibrate lab and production equipment
- Lead internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement (Kaizen)
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in quality assurance within the FMCG/food industry
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and meet production targets
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
