Quality Assurance Manager Job
Role:
Responsible for ensuring that quality standards of Food Production are upheld. Formulate and implement procedures, policies and systems of production; enforce F.S.S.C. and Q.M.S. as per the set ISO standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Food science is mandatory
- At least 8 years experience in quality both raw materials and finished goods
- At least 3 years leading the Quality Assurance team/department
- Food manufacturing experience is a must.
- Knowledge of ISO Standards – Food Safety Systems, & Quality Management Systems
- Training in Cereals Grading, Aflatoxin Testing, HACCP is an added advantage
