Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee property leasing, marketing, and tenancy management.
• Coordinate property viewings, negotiate lease terms, and close deals.
• Ensure timely rent collection and resolve client queries efficiently.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Keep abreast of market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Implementing the company’s strategic goals and objectives

Qualifications and Skills:

• A Degree in Real Estate Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in property management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to meet targets with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and client management skills.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
• Registration with EARB will be an added advantage
