Role Summary
We are seeking a result-driven and proactive Projects Management Officer to join our dynamic PMO team. This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in project management who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about driving project success through structured processes and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and document project scope, delivery timelines, and dependencies
- Draft, validate, and maintain standard PMO documentation
- Ensure all project documentation is consistently updated and organized
- Track and update project activities using existing project management tools
- Interpret fundamental contract and technical documents to support project execution
- Validate information from project records including risk registers, site surveys, and material requirements
- Coordinate PMO activities with internal stakeholders across departments
- Prepare and present standard reports and presentations for internal project meetings
Qualifications & Certifications
- Education: A Degree in ICT, Engineering or Business related course.
- Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, Prince2, Scrum
- Proficiency in Ms Office and Project Management tools
- At least one (1) year experience in projects management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
