Job Description

As the School Launcher in Nairobi, you will participate in Enko Education’s first establishment in East Africa. Your missions include:

  • Integration Support: Assisting with the operational and cultural integration of a large-scale school structure in Kenya, under the supervision of the Expansion team.
  • Local Collaboration: Working closely with the teams of the acquired school to facilitate the adoption of Enko standards and tools.
  • Operational Deployment: Participating in the implementation of new processes and systems to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Ad-hoc Operational Support: Providing operational reinforcement to local teams in Kenya, or occasionally to teams in the sub-region, according to the group’s priority needs.

Note: You may be required to travel occasionally within the sub-region to conduct prospecting missions, identify new expansion opportunities, or provide temporary operational support to the network.

Ideal Candidate

A true intrapreneur, you possess a rare balance between analytical rigor and operational agility. You are a “hands-on” profile who doesn’t hesitate to roll up your sleeves to solve concrete problems while maintaining a strategic vision of the project.

  • Diplomacy and Emotional Intelligence: In a post-acquisition context, you are the face of Enko Education. You know how to listen, show empathy, and build bridges with local teams undergoing a period of transition. Your ability to persuade and unite—rather than impose—is paramount.
  • Autonomy and Structure: Able to work with minimal supervision, you know how to organize your schedule and prioritize tasks in an environment where everything is yet to be built. You turn ambiguity into a structured action plan.
  • Resilience and Adaptability: You are comfortable with uncertainty and shifts in direction. For you, an obstacle is an opportunity to find a creative solution.
  • Multicultural Fluency: You navigate fluently between different cultural codes and various levels of stakeholders (management, academic teams, service providers, parents).
