Project Coordinator Job
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in project coordination, specifically in plumbing and drainage systems, and hold a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor plumbing and drainage projects from initiation to completion.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and company policies.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Supervise field teams and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and productivity.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of project progress.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project coordination within the plumbing and drainage sector.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, drainage design, and installation procedures.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
