Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate orders & inventory across 64 artisan groups
- Lead our office, sales, community & logistics teams toward ambitious deadlines
- Keep quality high and clients happy-from first sample to final shipment
- Use tools like Excel, Zoho Books, and inventory software to keep data tight
- Spot challenges early and turn them into clever solutions
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven team-management & leadership chops v Tech-savvy, quick on the keyboard (and quicker at problem-solving)
- Superb people skills- able to guide, coach, and inspire v Experience in handicraft production or small-batch manufacturing (big plus!)
- Ready to live and work in Maungu, Tsavo-a rural hub buzzing with wildlife and impact
