To manage the sourcing, purchasing, and supply of goods and services for the company in a cost-effective and timely manner, while ensuring quality standards and compliance with procurement policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate suppliers for goods and services.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in line with approved requests.
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms with suppliers.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier database.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Liaise with internal departments to understand procurement needs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management,
- Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5years relevant work experience in procurement or supply chain.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Good knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement systems (advantageous).
