Duties & Responsibilities
- Sourcing and Market Analysis :Conduct supply ,market research based onbusinessrequirements and management strategies
- Identify potential qualified suppliers and submit market analysis reports .
- Supplier development : Lead the process for identifying, qualifying, auditing and on boarding new suppliers , including site evaluations and approval submissions .
- Strategic negotiation and cost control : Take charge of price negotiations , framework agreements and long term contract signings for bulk materials or strategic projects to achieve strategic cost reductions
- Supplier strategy Management :Assist the procurement team in developing supplier classification and management strategies while establishing and maintaining strategic cooperative relationships with key suppliers
- Support sourcing and supplier development for procurement projects suchas newproduct development , material substitution and localization initiatives .
- Ensuring the Quality and adoption rate of supply market analysis-reports aresubmitted on time .

Expected Skills, Competencies & Qualifications
- They must have a degree in Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply ChainManagement, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable institution.
- Master’s degree or professional certification (CIPS, CPSP, or equivalent) is an added advantage
- Minimum 7–10 years of procurement experience, with at least 3–5 years ina senioror managerial role
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills
- Proven experience in supplier management and contract negotiation
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail. Posses ability to work in an extremely high-pressure high accountability environment.
- Have a demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence crediblyandeffectively to customers.
- Must be Proficient in ERP systems as well as Microsoft Excel. Having studied in China or graduated from a Confucius Institute is anaddedadvantage
- Language proficiency: Fluent in Chinese + English is an added Advantage
