Qualifications
- Expertise in Procurement and Supplier Evaluation to ensure sourcing efficiency and quality standards
- Strong Contract Negotiation and Contract Management skills to optimize agreements with vendors and suppliers
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess and evaluate procurement data and develop cost-effective solutions
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with sustainability and environmentally conscious procurement practices is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a procurement or supply chain management role, preferably within the construction or real estate sectors
