Best Tropical Fruits Ltd, requires a Processing Operations Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the dried fruit processing facility. This role involves a combination of leadership and coordination, strategic planning, operational management, and quality control to ensure the factory functions efficiently and meets its production targets.

Requirements

• Minimum experience. 10 years in processing Dried Fruits, and 5 years in a management role
• Minimum qualifications. Degree level in Food Processing
• Experience in marketing dried fruits is an added advantage
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, manage resources effectively, and drive operational excellence.
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Strong operational management skills to oversee day-to-day activities in a manufacturing or processing facility.
• Experience in production planning, scheduling, and workflow coordination
• In-depth knowledge of quality control measures and food safety standards in the food processing industry.
• The selected candidate must be willing to relocate to Masii, Machakos County.
