Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plastic Recycling Technician based in Naivasha. The technician will be responsible for operating and maintaining recycling equipment, sorting and preparing plastic materials for recycling, and monitoring recycling processes to ensure efficiency and safety. The role also involves compliance with environmental standards, assisting with quality control, reporting on recycling outputs, and collaborating with team members to optimize workflows.

Qualifications
- Experience or proficiency in operating and maintaining recycling equipment and machinery
- Knowledge of plastic materials, waste management, and recycling processes
- Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and quality control skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols and adhere to environmental regulations
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Flexibility to work on-site in Naivasha and manage physical tasks
- Technical training or certifications in recycling, manufacturing, or a related field is a plus
