  • Handling client calls and correspondence professionally

  • Running errands as required
  • Banking cheques and assisting with basic financial tasks
  • Maintaining company records and documentation
  • Providing general administrative and personal support

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a personal assistant or administrative role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Preferably a candidate residing in or near Kasarani
