We’re looking for a People Operations Manager to drive HR strategy, team engagement, and operational excellence. This role requires someone experienced in managing remote, multicultural teams and passionate about building a thriving company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment and onboarding for international hires
- Develop training programs and continuous learning initiatives
- Oversee performance management systems and KPIs
