Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Retail Management or Supply Chain
- 3+ years’ supervisory experience in a supermarket/wholesale environment
- Strong leadership, organizational & problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations in a wholesale or supermarket setup
- Manage stock control, merchandising & supplier relationships
- Implement SOPs, loss-prevention & health & safety protocols
- Coach floor teams to meet sales targets & service-level agreements
- Monitor KPIs (sales, shrinkage, customer satisfaction) and drive improvements
- Prepare weekly performance & inventory reports for Head Office
