Organic Waste Transformers, an innovative environmental solutions company based in Muhoroni, Kisumu County, is seeking dynamic and dedicated professionals to join our team. We are committed to revolutionizing waste management by transforming organic waste into valuable resources for sustainable agriculture.

Responsibilities
- Oversees all field operations, logistics, quality control, team management, and ensures efficient execution of services across waste collection, composting, groundskeeping, and cleaning segments for our projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Environmental Science, Logistics, Operations Management, Agronomy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within waste management, logistics, manufacturing, or agricultural services.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate and supervise diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and planning abilities.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and safety standards.
- Experience with resource allocation, budgeting, and quality assurance.
