Role Description

Qualifications
- Strong Operations Management and Analytical Skills to optimize workflows and evaluate performance metrics.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills to foster collaboration and convey key messages effectively.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the education, training, or leadership development sector is a plus.
- Starting salary for this position is Kshs 30,000 to Kshs 35,000, to be reviewed after 3 months based on performance.
