Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in creating motion graphics and simple animations for digital content such as social media posts, videos, presentations, and websites
• Support senior designers in developing storyboards, visual concepts, and animation layouts
• Animate text, icons, illustrations, and basic visual elements using motion design tools
• Make revisions and improvements to animations based on feedback from the team
• Organize and manage design files and project assets properly
• Collaborate with team members to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project goals
• Learn and apply animation principles such as timing, easing, transitions, and movement consistency
• Stay curious and explore new motion design styles, tools, and trends

Key Requirement Skills And Qualification

• Diploma, Certificate, or Degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Motion Graphics, or a related field
• Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation principles (timing, spacing, easing, transitions)
• Familiarity with design and animation tools such as Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar
• Strong sense of creativity, visual aesthetics, and storytelling
• Willingness to learn, take constructive feedback, and continuously improve skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Portfolio or sample work (academic or personal projects) is a plus
