Are you built for growth, negotiation, and winning shelf space?
We’re looking for a results-driven Modern Trade Manager to take full ownership of our MT channel and drive visibility, revenue, and long-term retail partnerships.
This is not a maintenance role, this is for someone who knows how to open doors, grow accounts, and dominate modern trade shelves.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and grow all Modern Trade (MT) channels across key accounts
Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with major retailers
Drive sales performance, product visibility, and in-store execution
Negotiate trading terms, promotions, and shelf positioning
Manage and mentor supervisors and field teams
Develop and execute sustainable growth strategies within MT
Track performance, analyse data, and optimize channel profitability
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 7 years’ experience in FMCG, with strong focus on Modern Trade
Proven track record in:
Negotiation & deal closing
Relationship management with key retail accounts
Leading and managing teams
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive growth
Excellent communication, leadership, and execution skills
