M&E Consultant Job
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a part-time Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Consultant to help us strengthen our systems for data collection, impact tracking, and reporting—especially as we prepare for scale and future funding. This is a short-term, flexible opportunity with mentorship, and the possibility of growing into a full-time role as we expand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement MEAL frameworks, tools, and indicators
- Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Produce dashboards and learning reports for decision-making
- Lead evaluations (baseline, midline, endline)
- Build M&E capacity within teams and partners
- Ensure accountability, data ethics, and compliance
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in M&E, Statistics, Development, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5–7 years’ M&E experience, 3+ in a leadership role
- Strong data analysis skills (STATA, SPSS, R, Power BI)
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
